With a strong background in acquisitions, development, pre-construction, and construction, he understands the importance of setting up projects, teams, process, and procedures properly for success while establishing an accountability chain to his key team members. A consummate professional with extensive construction knowledge, he is uniquely suited to collaborate with all stakeholders and teammates and provides creative solutions to manage a firm’s portfolio to success. Much of Vince's career has been involved with all asset class product types in multiple geographic markets. His experience with each product type helps to provide a unique level of understanding and team leadership.
